About Bucket Hat Co.
Bucket Hat Co. is the bucket hat, dad hat and five-panel arm of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorator at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. One shop, one set of machines, one price sheet.
What we run
- Two single-head commercial embroidery machines: a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames.
- An OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser for leather patches, in use since 2020.
- A two-platen VEVOR hat press for our heat-glued patch process.
- Screen printing (plastisol, water-based, discharge) with a conveyor dryer for the shirts that sometimes ride along with a hat order.
Where the hats come from
Decky direct. Richardson, YP Classics, Valucap and Port Authority through SanMar (Reno warehouse first) and S&S Activewear. We are also a Zapped Headwear dealer and an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Melin hats are decorated customer-supplied only.
How we work
- No hard minimum; price breaks every 24 pieces.
- Digital proof before production.
- 28-day standard turnaround from proof approval; rush quoted per job.
- Free redo on our own errors.
- Quotes usually the same business day.
What we do not do
- Team or company online stores.
- Woven patches.
- In-house DTF printing (transfers are outsourced to DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed here; not used on hats).
